Nonagon Tables (roundtables are so 2017)
A Nonagon (a 9 sided shape or table) is where lively conversation takes place, where you’ll feel truly listened to (using our unique method) and leave the table with practical actions to improve a sense of belonging back at your own workplace. You’ll also make great connections to add to your professional network.
Why Nonagon? Just as there are 9 protected characteristics (in the Equality Act) we want to ensure that everybody has a voice at the table. This allows us to learn from each other, hear fresh perspectives, create unique ideas, and devise ways that everybody -- regardless of background -- can thrive in the workplace.
Who usually attends? Well, anybody responsible for improving diversity, inclusion and well-being in business and/or affiliated with a diversity employee network. It’s important that we have 9 voices around the table.
