James Loving

Editor in Chief

James Loving is a security engineer and officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. His research interests include security and privacy in the Internet of Things and the intersection of Internet and international security. He holds BS degrees from Florida State University in Computer Criminology and International Affairs and MS degrees from MIT in Computer Science and the Technology and Policy Program, where he was a member of the Internet Policy Research Initiative and the Advanced Network Architecture Group.

Daria Bahrami

MCPA Fellow and Contributing Editor

Daria Bahrami is a Fellow at the Military Cyber Professionals Association and also serves as a Communications Officer for the Cyber Security Forum Initiative. Having studied International Security at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, she is particularly interested in using strong communication and public-private partnerships to empower communities and to serve our national security interests. She's published in Newsweek and currently works for the National Geographic Society as their Philanthropic Partnerships Coordinator.

Al Stovall

MCPA Fellow and Contributing Editor

Al Stovall is a Fellow at the Military Cyber Professionals Association and a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He has supported publications as a writer, researcher, and editor in both the public and private sectors focusing on evolving security dynamics in the Arab state system and Southwest Asia. He is interested in developing cyber expertise and contributing to the next generation of cyber savvy leaders in the defense industry and Intelligence Community.
