Coach Bonelli has worked for over 25 years in coaching, mentorship and program development. He has held positions in arena management, director of hockey and coaching education coordinator roles. He is currently a member of the USA Hockey's coaching education program and acts as coaching director / adviser to XHockeyProducts. Coach Bonelli brings years of program and player development expertise to any organization. Mike has been the visionary and architect behind many for profit and nonprofit programs and has been directly involved in the cultural development and building of hundreds of clinics, youth programs, team coordination and player assessment structures. Coach Bonelli is also an active grow the game expert using Long Term Athlete Development principles and the American Development Model while incorporating an innovative and modern outreach approach to sports such as Ice Hockey, Baseball, Lacrosse, Tennis and Soccer.
