Travelling by Car

ScotJam starts on Saturday 11th July 2026, Scouts are welcome to arrive anytime between 11.45am and 12.30pm.  ScotJam finishes on Saturday 18th July, families can arrive from 10.30am to collect their Scouts.  

Please be aware that the road from the top of the Read & Be Thankful (A83) to Lochgoilhead is a single-track road.  Upon arrival in Lochgoilhead you may be directed to park in the Lochgoilhead Village Car Park, and then you will make the short walk to the centre.  

Travelling by Coach

We are providing Coach Travel from Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, Stirling, Edinburgh & Glasgow.  

The Participant Information Form indicated if you were interested in Transport, a follow up e-mail will be sent on 13/14th June.  Week beginning 22nd June, you will receive an invoice for the Bus, this should be paid prior to travel.

Below is a summary of the times the coach will be at each location.  If you book onto one of the coaches you will receive this in an email prior to ScotJam.  Please ensure you are the location identified at least ten minutes before the time of departure.  

• Scouts: Coach 1 - Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth & Stirling

• Scouts: Coach 2 - Edinburgh & Glasgow
