Family Information Session

Ahead of ScotJam 2026, we'll be hosting online Family Information Sessions for our Cub, Scout & Explorer events. 

These sessions are design to help parents, carers and participants fee confidents and prepared before coming to Lochgoilhead. 

During weach session, we'll cover key information including ... 

• Meet the ScotJam team

• Programme and activities

• Accommodation and what to expect on site

• Travel arrangements

• Kit list and what to bring

• Safety, wellbeing and behaviour expectations

• Digital devices

• Participant information and medication

• How we’ll keep in touch during the event

• Key next steps for families

There will also be time to ask questions.  

All Sessions will be hosted online using Microsoft Teams. To attend, please sign up using the relevant link below. Microsoft Teams will then automatically send you a meeting link, along with reminder emails ahead of the session.
