REQUIRED CREDITS FOR GRADUATION

To earn a diploma, a student must successfully complete required credits, meet state testing requirements, and meet specific requirements. In addition to the state minimum requirements for graduation, Miamisburg City Schools requires additional credits to graduate for a total of 22 credits. Graduation Requirements Summary

In addition to meeting credit requirements, Ohio law requires students to participate in State End-of-Course Exams and to meet specific graudation requirements. Ohio law introduced new permanent graduation requirements for the classes of 2023 and beyond. These requirements are also options for the classes of 2021 & 2022 in addition to the original pathways in place when these cohorts entered ninth grade.
