Mentor Training

This program is designed to provide teachers who are serving as mentors with the tools necessary to equip new teachers under their guidance with the skills they need for a successful career in education. Topics to be addressed include: how to ask the right questions at the right time, how to make the most of your time mentoring, how to empower new teachers to develop their vision as educators, and how to help a new teacher through tough times. Additional topics will be addressed, as needed. This workshop is a valuable resource if you are mentoring a new teacher this year and want to make sure you are providing the best guidance possible.
