• Engage in confidential, non-evaluative, voluntary conversations with staff members to explore the implementation of effective instructional practices.
• Work with teachers one-on-one and in small group professional development to provide support and reinforce practices.
• Offer differentiated, job-embedded, research based professional development focusing on school wide improvements, building teacher capacity and increasing student engagement.
