Meadow Hall PTA funds support the safety patrols, enable teacher grants, purchase items for use by all students, enable scholarships for field trips, Hands on Science and Foreign Language in Elementary Schools classes, and so much more!
The Meadow Hall PTA is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. Contributions are deductible, as provided by law. On this page you can find all of the fundraising programs you can participate in to help our school.
Box Tops for Education is a great fundraising program! Traditional Box Tops clips are being phased out of production but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store as packages transition to the new Box Tops labels. You can still clip these and send them to school. Please make sure each clip has a valid expiration date. Students: give box tops to your teacher, or drop them into the pink box tops box outside the main office; Teachers: please drop box tops into the box as well.
To participate:
1. Download the free Box Tops for Education app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Select Meadow Hall Elementary from the list and start taking pictures of your receipts; or,
2. Buy Box Tops products, cut out the Box Top from each package, and send to Meadow Hall.

Together in Education
Harris Teeter’s Together In Education program gives schools a chance to earn funds when you link your VIC card and shop Harris Teeter brands.
Harris Teeter has donated over $32.4 million to Together In Education schools since 1998! When you shop Harris Teeter brands, a percentage of your purchase is donated to the school that your VIC card is linked to.
There are NO LIMITS to how much a school can earn!
Any customer with a VIC card can link their card to a school. Customers can link up to five (5) schools to their account. The more people that connect their loyalty cards to a school, the higher the earning potential for a school.
