1. Topic: Any meaningful topics including events or characters

2. Time: Student’s speech should be limited between 1-3 minutes. Speech longer than 3 minutes will get a discounted score.

3. Scoring Items and Weight: Sound- Volume, Tone quality, Intonation, Speed, Pronunciation, Cadence (30%), Presentation-Stage, expression, eye contact, body language, contentedness with audience  (30%), Content- organization, structure (30%), Time Control (10%)
