Great bands from all over the area will demonstrate amazing musicianship, marching, and creativity as they perform in competition. Concessions, bake sale, and a variety of specialty foods will be available all day!
VISITOR INFO
The BDC is hosted at the Coach Joe Popp Stadium on the campus of Mooresville High School in downtown Mooresville, NC. Please use 160 S. Magnolia St., Mooresville, NC 28115 for GPS directions.
Parking is primarily located in the residential areas surrounding the school, so leave yourself plenty of time to get to the stadium. Golf cart shuttles are available. See the Visitor Parking tab for maps.
Gates will open at 11am.
Opening Ceremony: 12:45 pm
Awards Ceremony: 9:30 pm
Tickets are $10 and include a digital program. Credit cards and cash are accepted.

Coach Joe Popp Stadium on the campus of Mooresville High school is proud to offer the following features:
Artificial turf field
Paved track*
Ample room for pit equipment (no fence)
Bathrooms on both sides of stadium and near the warm-up area for the bands
Two-tiered press box
Full concessions stands on both sides
Handicap parking at the stadium
* The BDC can provide pit transport for all bands. Bands bringing their own transport equipment should note: no heavy transport equipment (cars/pick-ups/large farm tractors) or 4-wheelers with non-turf tires are allowed on the track or field.
