1. Contact the Audio Visual Counter, 3rd floor.

2. The loan period for equipment is until 16:00 hrs.

3. Return the equipment 30 minutes prior to the library's closing on the day of borrowing and do not return it through the Book Drop.

4. Usage is limited to the library area only.

1. Inspect the equipment thoroughly before borrowing; report any damages to the staff immediately.

2. Do not alter the account information or log out of the account.

3. Downloading unauthorized software or programmes is prohibited.

4. Use the equipment for educational purposes and research.

5. Store personal files separately and erase data before returning the equipment. The library is not responsible for any data loss under any circumstances.

6. In case of damage, malfunction, or loss of equipment, the borrower is responsible for compensating according to university regulations and library announcements.
