Welcome to the 8th grade info page, designed for students and parents. We'll be posting updates here every two weeks, and hope this makes it easier to support your child when they're at home.
Important Upcoming Dates:
January 26 - No school, PD day for MELS staff

Announcements:
Students must bring their pens / pencils & binders to class every day - please make sure your student has all the supplies they need!
Every student must have a planner and write down their homework prior to leaving class.
Be sure to sign the cell phone policy document that was sent home. It should be returned ASAP.

Case Study: March For Our Lives (Part 2)
Students are starting to work on the scripts for their expedition final product: an informative video about a health issue in their community.
All work for the project will take place in class; students have been asked not to work on their project at home.
