2023 Tryouts: Aug. 30, Aug. 31, Sept. 5 - 3:00 - 4:45pm.  Meet in the Arcola Girls Gym on Aug 30.

The following items must be completed prior to tryouts

1.   Physical Packet on Student Central (formerly planetHS.com) – requires physician’s exam

2. Online Concussion Test

3. Emergency Medical Form

4. Athletic fee (can be paid after teams are finalized)

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A COMPLETED PHYSICAL PACKET 

PRACTICE: practice will be from 3 – 4:45 pm every weekday after school until the end of the season. Players need a water bottle, shin guards, cleats, and sneakers every day.
