The Daily Arts Edit (Tdae)

1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to The Daily Arts Edit ("Tdae", "we", "us", "our"). Tdae is a daily inspiration platform delivering beautifully crafted, bite-sized insights across Arts, Architecture, Science, and more — designed to make learning a meaningful and effortless part of your everyday life.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Tdae mobile application ("Application"), you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
2. About Tdae
Tdae delivers daily curated content across Arts, Architecture, Science, and more. Whether it's a quick read with your morning coffee or something thought-provoking before bed, Tdae fits effortlessly into your routine. We offer:
Clean, distraction-free reading experience
Daily fresh curated content
Bookmark and save posts you love
Share content with friends
Free content to try before upgrading
Flexible access through Pay-Per-Post or Subscription
3. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tdae
If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
One account per person — accounts are non-transferable
Notify us immediately at support@thedailyartsedit.com of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of The Daily Arts Edit.
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content
Screenshot or record premium content for sharing
Use any content for commercial purposes
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Scrape or automatically extract content
Share, sell, or sublicense your account access
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
5.1 Available Plans
Pay-Per-Post: ₹19 per post — lifetime access to that post
Monthly Subscription: ₹199 per month — unlimited access to entire library
Yearly Subscription: as displayed in the App
5.2 Pay-Per-Post
Individual posts are unlocked for a one-time payment
Once purchased, access to that post does not expire — yours to read forever
Purchases are tied to your account and non-transferable
5.3 Billing & Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
We do not store your payment information directly
5.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
5.5 Cancellation
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain full access until the end of the paid period
5.6 Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
We do not process refunds directly
6. Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

7. Device & Internet Requirements
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection
We cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance
Your mobile network provider's terms still apply when using the Application outside Wi-Fi
You may incur data charges from your mobile provider — we are not responsible for such charges
Please ensure your device remains charged — we cannot be held responsible if you cannot access the Service due to a drained battery
Note on Device Security:
We strongly advise against jailbreaking (iOS) or rooting (Android) your device. Such actions could:
Expose your device to malware and viruses
Compromise your device's security features
Result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all
8. App Updates
We may release updates to improve performance, security, or features
Certain updates may be required to continue using the Application (force updates)
You agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered
We do not guarantee the Application will always be compatible with your operating system version
We may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time
Upon termination, your rights and licenses granted under these Terms will end immediately
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure the Application is updated and accurate at all times
We rely on third parties to provide information and accept no liability for any loss arising from relying on this information
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
10. Privacy
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver our Service. Your use of Tdae is governed by our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may periodically update these Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the Effective Date.
