On page 162 in the Student Activity Math Book, solve the equations using math drawings.
Ex: 2. 89+10=___
-Draw 8 ten sticks and 9 ones circles to show 89. -Draw 1 ten sticks to show 10. Count how many you drew altogether to find your total.
-Count all of the ten sticks you drew first:10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 (and one more ten stick), 90
-Count on counting the ones circles: 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99.
-The total is 99.
