On page 149 in the Student Activity Book, match the equation with the picture that shows the “count” on using dots method to solve. Examples:
8+__=14 connects to 8 and 6 dots because 8 and 6 more equals 14.
7+5=___ connects to 7 and 5 dots because when you count all together starting at 7 then counting up with each dot (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) you end up at the total of 12.
