Greetings! I'm Kyle Sparks, a dedicated individual with a passion for fitness, education, and coaching. My journey has taken me from Illinois State University to the weightlifting platforms and football fields where I impart my knowledge and expertise.

Education and Academic Pursuits:

I embarked on my academic journey at Illinois State University, where I was an undeclared student. While pursuing my general education courses, I developed a keen interest in physical education, sports science, and human performance. The dynamic environment at the university fueled my desire to learn and laid the foundation for my future endeavors.

Football Coaching Journey:

The allure of the gridiron drew me into the world of football coaching, where I've had the privilege of contributing to the development of young athletes both on and off the field. With a relentless drive to push the boundaries of excellence, I embarked on this coaching journey with enthusiasm and determination. My second year as a football coach has been marked by growth, learning, and an unshakable dedication to fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

My approach to teaching weightlifting and conditioning, as well as coaching football, is rooted in a holistic view of athletic development.
