Open MISD Self Service in Applications (or do a Spotlight search)

On your Macbook open the Screen Share app and hit "Allow" on the microphone access popup
On the Promethean panel open the Screen Share app
Enter the code displayed on the Promethean onto the Screen Share app on your Macbook
Enter a nickname for yourself (anything works)
Check the box enabling touchback
Select "Open System Settings" on the pop up and check the toggle next to Screen Share
Click "Enter Waiting Room" and then "Open System Settings" on the next pop up and check the toggle next to Screen Share again.
Click "Later" on the final pop up
Click "Enter Waiting Room" again
On the Promethean Panel tap on your name from the list
Once you see the green box around your screen, you are good to go!

On your laptop open the Screen Share app and select "Allow" on the pop up
On the Promethean Panel open the Screen Share AppÂ
Enter the code displayed on the panel into your laptop
Enter a name for yourself
Check the touchback option
Click "Enter Waiting Room"
