If you have not logged into the print service before, or print jobs do not show up when you sign into the copier, please follow these instructions.
Printer Logic iDP Login
(This should only have to be done occasionally)
From your computer, print your document as you normally would. The job will be securely held until you release it at the printer.
On the printer, tap the Printer Logic icon (pictured) on the touchscreen.
Log in with your credentials:
Username: First 3 letters of your first name + first 3 letters of your last name
If your first or last name is shorter than 3 characters, use all available letters.
Examples:
Anna Smith → AnnSmi
Jo Li → JoLi
PIN: Your unique personal PIN
Your PIN was sent to you by email from the Tech Department.
If you did not receive your PIN or need help, please contact the MIHS Tech Team.
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your print jobs (Pictured) waiting in the queue.
Tap on the jobs you want to release.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see two options:
Print — to release the selected jobs to the printer
Delete — to remove the job if you no longer need it
After printing, click the ✖️ in the top-right corner of the screen to log out and exit the app.
On the printer’s home screen, tap the Copy icon to get started.
You will be prompted to sign in with your personalized credentials:
Username: First 3 letters of your first name + first 3 letters of your last name
If your first or last name has fewer than 3 letters, use all available letters
Examples:
Anna Smith → AnnSmi
Jo Li → JoLi
PIN: Your unique personal PIN
Your PIN was sent via email from the Tech Department.
If you did not receive your PIN or need help, please contact the MIHS Tech Team.
After logging in, you will be directed to the standard copy screen:
Set your preferences (number of copies, paper size, color, etc.)
Tap Start to begin copying
While the system will automatically log you out after about 5 minutes of inactivity, we kindly ask that you:
Tap the ✖️ in the top-right corner of the screen to log out manually when you're done.
This helps keep the printer ready and available for the next person more quickly and avoids unnecessary wait times.
