IF the iPad is NOT physically damaged ALWAYS restart your device first to see if the issue goes away.
Otherwise:
Head to the tech office in your building to get assistance from a tech!

Open WiFi Settings
Open command center by swiping down from the top right of your screen and then touch and hold the WiFi button
Or go to Settings --> Wi-Fi
Select "MISD-Guest"
Wait for "MISD" to jump to "Known Networks"
NOTE: this process can take anywhere from 5 to 45 seconds please be patient and wait for it to appear
Select "MISD" and you are all good to go!
IF you have a BYOD device please refer to this page
Locate the "Self Service" application and open it
Find the application you need and hit "Install"
If you do not see the application you want be sure to ask your teacher to request the application be added to Self Service
At all buildings except the high school printers are shared with your device (excluding copiers)
To Print a document/photo:
Go to the file and select the share button (box with an arrow)
Tap "Print" and then on "No Printer Selected"
Select the desired printer from the list
Adjust the settings as necessary
Click "Print"
Open Settings App
Tap "General" and then "Software Update"
If an update is available, tap "Install" and wait for it to finish
If necessary, restart your device
Open the Camera App
Point the camera towards the QR Code
Tap your finger on the QR Code and click the yellow prompt to open the QR CodeĀ
Open the Settings app
Scroll down on the left side and tap on "Touch ID & Passcode"
Tap "Turn Passcode On"
Enter your desired passcode twice
First - double tap the home button and close all apps by swiping up on each open one
Second - Give your iPad a hard reset by holding the POWER button and the VOLUME DOWN button at the same time
Open the Settings app
Tap "General" and then "iPad Storage"
First - Follow Apple's Recommendations for how to best clear up space
Second - Examine which apps/categories are taking up the most amount of space and delete/clear items as necessary
Another way to help with storage is to back up files/folders/photos to your Google Drive
To Backup:
Find the file/folder/photo to backup and select the Share button
Swipe over the apps list and tap on Drive
Select which Drive Folder you want the item saved in and select "Upload" at the top right
