Family Engagement Center
Vision
As School Community Liaisons, our goal is to partner with Menifee Union School District families to help ensure the academic success of children. We strive to connect with families to bring appropriate resources, materials, and information that can help meet the needs of all students. By having an appreciation of cultural diversity, School Community Liaisons will work hard to build successful relationships with families, which in turn will facilitate more effective relationships between the school staff and community.
Mission
Our mission is to work together with the community towards achieving goals that will benefit student growth and academic success. We are focused on the following actions:
To work together with staff members to identify and address concerns in our communities.
To keep the community informed by a variety of network systems and to share information by different means.
To support gatherings and meetings among parents within our communities in order to encourage more effective advocacy for their students.
To help build more confidence among the members of our communities so that they will feel more comfortable visiting our schools, communicating with staff members, participating in school activities, and becoming more empowered.
