Setting Up Your Guardian Summary for Google Classroom
- Accept the invite from your child's teacher
- Choose the account you want to receive summaries
- Change the frequency for when you want to receive summaries for each child. (Daily is highly recommended)
- Check your email daily after 4:00 to read summaries

Information on a Guardian Summary
- Missing work — Work not turned in when the summary was sent (NOTE: This is not foolproof. Students have the ability to mark an assignment as "done" without actually completing the activity.)
- Upcoming work — Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails)
- Class activity — Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers

- Assignment grades
- Comments from the teacher
- Links or documents attached to assignments
