3-5 P.E. Expections
Physical Education Expectations for Grades 3, 4, and 5.
The following information is important for students to understand so that they may be successful in Physical Education.

Shows steady progress in skills development
1) Proper footwear must be worn in the gym during class. Students that do not have proper footwear will not be allowed to participate during activities for that day. Sneakers must have rubber sole bottoms and must be secured to the student’s feet. Any open toed or raised heel footwear will not be allowed. Boots of any kind will not be allowed. Proper footwear will be at the discretion of the P.E. teacher based on the daily activities.
2) Students are recommended to wear comfortable clothes that allow them to move unrestricted on days they have Physical Education.
3) Classes will be using the outdoor fields as weather permits. Students are advised to have an extra layer (jackets, sweatshirts, zip-ups, etc.) on or in their possession on days classes are held outside.
