Throughout the year, we’ll be studying various grammar topics to help us improve our writing and to better understand how language works. Acquiring a complete understanding of more advanced grammar topics--like types of sentence construction or punctuation rules--depends on having a thorough understanding of the basics. This assignment asks you to study several basic grammar concepts to ensure that everyone is on the same page when the school year begins. 

Hint: People generally struggle the most with adverbs & the different types of verbs. Those topics might be a good place to start.
