It’s my goal to get you paid for all of the services you provide, because I charge you based on a percentage and not per individual claim. I tailor my service to meet the needs for your practice, so that you don't pay for services you don't need. As a small business owner myself, I understand that not all problems and questions come up during normal business hours therefore, I am available anytime you need me even after hours. The software for billing that I use is Medisoft Network Professional, I have been using this software for 20 years, ensuring that patient accounting is up to date, accurate and at your fingertips when you need it.

All patient inquiries regarding their account will be handled by me, not burdening your office with billing concerns. I will run reports on all patient balances and send out patient statements every 45 days.

If you choose to provide a sign-in sheet you can rest assured all charges will be entered. We will notify your office if any are missing. We will also notify you if any information is incomplete, so that it can be corrected before the claim goes to the insurance company.

Insurance companies have strict policies that require me to handle claims, follow up, and appeals in a timely manner. If an insurance contacts by phone or mail their request will be handled immediately. If a patient is required to contact their insurance company, I will also contact them and talk them through this process. If they do not follow up with me about the request you will be notified in a timely manner so your office could address the patient when they come in and have them call me. I maintain monthly monitoring of all accounts, I will run insurance aging reports to ensure all claims are complete.

All payments are sent directly to the provider's office for deposit into your account. All payments are posted to the charge by line item accounting to ensure any unpaid claim are identified immediately.
