Share the screen of a Chromebook to a teacher laptop
The video below demonstrates using the Google Cast for Education extension. Students can share their Chromebook screen to your computer. If your laptop is connected to an ActivBoard or IFP, it can make sharing student work simple.

- Before you begin, be sure you and your students are connected to the mtps wireless network.
- No device found: If a student receives this message, they will need to right-click the Cast icon and select "Enable cloud services". Then the student should attempt casting again. (Figure 1)
- Approve or Deny: If you selected "Teachers can present, Students can request", you'll be able to approve incoming request notifications. The pop up window should appear in the lower right corner of your screen. If it does not appear, find the notifications icon on your lower toolbar (Figure 2). Right click the icon, select Focus Assist and then Off. (Figure 3)
