Presentation preparation requirements:
1. The theme and the content of presentation must strictly correspond to the proposed thesis.
2. Viva-voce report is given by only one speaker.
3. The structure of the report must necessarily include the following:
· The title of the report and its authors
· Relevance
· Goal
· Materials and research methods
· Results
· Conclusions
4. The report must be done in ppt or other presentation formats.
5. Slides should be clearly visible; if there are any demonstration videos, they should be embedded in the presentation itself.
6. Time allotted for the report is 5 minutes, for discussion – 10-15 minutes.
7. The preferable language of the viva-voce report is English, but if a reporter chooses to speak in Kazakh or Russian, then the presentation must be made in English.
8. Presentations must be sent to the organizers beforehand.
Rules for participation in the poster session
• The poster session will be held online on the conference day on December 12, 2020.
• The time of presentation of the reports will be indicated in the conference program.
• Participants must send their work to the organizing committee by December 07, 2020.
During the demonstration of the poster, the participants must be online for the discussion to be available
work with jury members and other participants.
General requirements for posters:
1. The poster must be made in the form of one slide in jpg format in color;
2. It is necessary to observe the following sequence in the slide:

7. Conclusions
8. It is necessary to reflect the results in the form of tables, diagrams or figures.;
9. The slide must be clearly visible with delicately presented information;
10. In the upper right corner it is necessary to put the logo and the affiliation of the represented educational institution;
11. In the footer, indicate the name of this conference and the affiliation of the organizer university.
