Follow up with our prospective residents timely and in a way that they know we heard what is important to them. (3 Times Minimum)
Follow up with all resident calls and vendor calls within 24 hours during business hours.
Score 85% or higher on our shop reports.
Are genuinely happy and respectful when interacting with prospects, residents, clients and team members. We take every opportunity to create a “wow” moment for them.
Score a minimum 4 Stars on Apt Ratings, Google, and Yelp.
Complete our service requests within 24 hours unless parts are on order.
Take a difficult situation and look at ways to change it to make it the best outcome for everyone involved.
Provide unquestionable standards of cleanliness on every move-in.
Create the perfect move-in experience for new residents.
