Exciting update to our Referral Bonus Program!

$500 for referral of a full time Maintenance Team Member

$350 for referral of all other full time Team Members

$150 for referral of a part time Team Member

Referred team members must be hired on or after January 1, 2023- December 31, 2023.
Payment of the referral bonus will be made after the new team member completes 3 months of employment with MEB.
The hiring supervisor will not be eligible for a referral bonus for hiring a team member whom they have personally referred.
The home property that employs the new team member on the 1st day of the 4th month of employment will be responsible for paying the referral fee.
The Asset Director of the property paying the referral fee must approve the bonus.
Referral bonuses are paid out through payroll.
