What is The Hive

Welcome to the Meadstead Assessment Centre

Opened in September 2021, the Assessment Centre has 9 allocated places,  where children are assessed to establish which educational setting is best to support each child's needs in the future.

Within the Assessment Centre we aim to:

• assessing each individual child's needs

• enable the children to build both social and education skills

• support families as well as the children

• to build independence

• support the children within the mainstream classroom

• offer a bespoke curriculum fully based around the children
