What's up Storm?!?!
Below there are four different sections for your virtual PE class workout. The goal is to choose a minimum of THREE activities to participate in from any of the four sections below. Try to pick an activity from at least two different sections.
Option 1: Grab an empty laundry basket, box, or empty bin and some, hopefully clean, balled up socks, shirts, or other small soft objects that you can toss into the laundry basket from a distance. Here is a video to check out: https://youtu.be/G-ILzwJaLoM
Option 2: If you have a balloon you can safely play volleyball in the house! Play by yourself or with a friend! Here is a video for reference: https://youtu.be/n-2HeJ34RxE
Option 3: Go OUTSIDE and PLAY! Take a walk with a friend or family member, toss a football or another ball around, ride a bike or scooter! Just make sure to get outside and get some fresh air and move your body. *Make sure you have your parents permission before heading out to play.
Option 4: Check out YouTube or GoNoodle to find some fun movement activities and participate in them. If you find something you love, make sure to share it with me and I'll add it to our website!
