 Athletic Registration 

A Parent/Guardian must create a user account with the SportsNet link below. Once an account is created, the parent/guardian must complete each section, and provide their e-signature. Lastly, the students completed physical form must be uploaded, clearing them to play. Once this is complete, the parent/guardian will receive a confirmation email of submission, and another email of clearance once it is approved.

Un padre/guardián debe crear una cuenta de usuario con el enlace de SportsNet a continuación. Una vez que se crea una cuenta, el padre/guardián debe completar cada sección y proporcionar su firma electrónica. Por último, se debe subir la forma del examén físico del estudiante, autorizándolos para jugar. Una vez que esto se complete, el padre/guardián recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación de envío y otro correo electrónico de autorización una vez que se apruebe.
