MWC Group Exercise Class Descriptions
~Kimmy’s Functional Fitness~ This class is tailored around all age groups and all abilities. Beginners or advanced students. Kimmy is a Certified Personal Trainer who can modify the functional needs of all movement, exercises, and safety. This class focuses on balance, strength, core training, Pilates, Yoga, and stretching. (May include chair exercises, weights, bands, Pilates rings, fit ball)
~Kimmy’s Step n Sculpt~ Step n Sculpt is a basic easy to follow fat burning class that is perfect for all fitness levels. You do not need a step to participate. Great for beginners to advance students. Great cardio into strength training to stretching. Kimmy includes Pilates and yoga in this fun energetic class.
~Bella’s Beginner HIIT~ This class is focused on beginner level fitness. We will incorporate stations using body weight exercise and higher intensity efforts to get your heart pumping! Stations will include full body movements, isolation work, and cardiovascular endurance at your own pace. Beginner level HIIT is a great starting point to get your body moving! (Combined with stretching & strengthening with Kimmy)
~Bella’s Cardio & Strength HIIT~ Cardio and strength HIIT is a great class for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. In this class be prepared to work hard for 35-40 minutes! Workouts include short duration, high-intensity efforts that get your heart pumping, burn body fat, and improve muscular strength. Stations incorporate full body movements, isolation work, and cardiovascular endurance. Even beginners can ease into this class as modifications can be made to each exercise.
~Bella’s Burn Cycle~ Join Bella for a fun and enjoyable cycle class. This class is for all fitness levels. You can make it as easy or as hard as you would like. We will focus on strength building and fat burning intervals. After class you will feel strong and accomplished! Be prepared to work hard!
~Heidi’s Gentle Yoga~ Gentle Yoga is for everyone! This class is for all levels of yogis. Join us to calm the mind, strengthen your body, and open your heart. The benefits of yoga go far beyond improving flexibility, toning the body, and creating balance. Make time for you and give yourself the gift of a positive relationship with your body in a nurturing, relaxed environment.
~Bella’s HIIT~ This class is focused on intermediate-advanced fitness levels. HIIT is a total body workout that helps build cardiovascular fitness and boosts your metabolism. Stations are incorporated for a duration of one minute each using free weights and other forms of equipment. Enjoy improving your muscular strength and endurance with HIIT exercises!
