The MCPS Board of Education (BoE) will build a brand new, state of the art middle school that embraces sustainability and green building practices in the four major impact areas: natural resources, energy, land, and the watershed. The BoE is requesting proposals to create an ecologically friendly school that has a limited impact on the environment and supports the health of students and staff.
