The Student Advisory Council is a leadership group that gives students a voice in shaping career readiness programming at our school. Members collaborate with Career Coaches, teacher champions, and administrators to ensure that student ideas are at the center of MoCo CAP initiatives.
Represent student voices on career exploration and advising.
Strengthen connections between students, families, and the MoCo CAP program.
Plan and lead events that inspire peers to think about their futures.
Build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Open to all grade levels (students apply or are nominated).
Members commit to attending meetings and participating in at least one project each semester.
Student leaders may take on roles such as Chair, Co-Chair, or Communications Lead.
If you want to take a leadership role, share your voice, and help plan career events at our school, this is your chance! SAC members meet once a month, represent student ideas, and work on at least one project each semester.
Not ready to join, but still have great suggestions? We want to hear from you! Use this quick form to tell us what career activities, topics, or resources you’d like to see. Your feedback helps guide SAC projects and events.
