Staff:
We are delighted to have your classes in the media center! To schedule a class visit, small group visit or use of the space, see the information below. For collaboration and instructional support stop by the media center or contact Anita Thomas.
Students:
Students may visit the media center independently or in small groups during instructional with a pass from their teacher. All students must sign in at the circulation desk. Teachers are notified by email when students sign in. Feel free to reach out to the MC staff if you have any questions or concerns. Please remind students that food is prohibited, drinks in closed bottles or containers are allowed.
To access the scheduling system, you will be prompted to sign in
Click on the desired date and complete the fields on the form with the following information:
Title: enter the name of your class ( English 11, Spanish 1, etc…)
Teacher: type your last name and your name should populate on the list
Reason: select the reason for your visit
Description: anything you want us know about your visit. If necessary, contact the media staff ahead of time for assistance.
Click "Save" to add your reservation to the calendar
