2. You must have a physical no later than May 16th, 2023 in order to participate in all three seasons.
***Physicals are only good for 2 years. It must be an in-person visit for your physical. Physicals are ONLY accpeted when submitted through the ParentVue Portal. No Paper Copies will be accepted***
4. You may only register for one sport each season
