Forensics is the art of public speaking.  You will choose to work individually or with a group, pick out a script to work on and practice your piece to perform at the meets which are on Saturdays in Jan and Feb.  You will be performing the same script for each meet and try to improve your score each week. 

All 6th - 8th grade students who are interested in public speaking (including short skits, plays, reading poetry or prose, or giving speeches) are invited to participate.

We will meet on Thursdays after school from 3:45-4:45 in the LMC.  Practices start on December 5th and end on February 13th

For the first practice, you don't need to bring anything with you.  Once you find a script to practice, you will be responsible for bringing that with you each week to practice.
