A clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use primarily at the point of care. It has clinically organized summaries (updated daily) for thousands of topics.

Delivers a focused, peer-reviewed, valuable collection of cases in all disciplines so that healthcare professionals, researchers and others can easily find clinically important information on common and rare conditions. This is the largest single collection of case reports online with more than 1,200 articles from 55 countries.
Report of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force provides recommendations on preventive interventions: screening tests, counseling, immunizations, and chemoprophylactic regimens for more than 80 conditions.
