Welcome to the McLaren Oakland Otolaryngology Residency Program's website.

McLaren Oakland provides primary and specialty health care services guided by the principles of Osteopathic Medicine and the values of integrity, excellence, diversity and intelligence. We aspire to enhance the quality of life and health status of the people we serve.

Founded in 1953, McLaren Oakland has grown from one small clinic to a full-fledged medical community that includes more than 300 physicians, 328 beds, an inpatient hospital in downtown Pontiac, and eight satellite facilities throughout northern Oakland County.

McLaren Oakland’s Department of Graduate Medical Education stands by its mission to provide residents the skills, knowledge and aptitudes that they need to provide patients safe, high value, and cost conscientious care in the primary and specialty health care services.

Our five-year program is fully accredited by the American Osteopathic Association, has received Initial Accreditation with the ACGME, and is affiliated with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
