3. Push the box against your body to open it wide. Measure out 1 C of pancake mix.
4. Put the pancake mix inside of your bowl.
5. Add the 2/3 cup of water.
6. Stir with whisk until just combined. It will still be lumpy.
7. Push a paper towel firmly to the top of the oil container. Turn it over to get the paper towel wet. Rub the skillet with the paper towel. Do this again.
8. Turn a burner to medium low.
9. Let the skillet warm up. it will be ready when a drop of water sizzles on it.
10. Using the 1/4 c, pour pancake batter into the skillet.
11. When there are bubbles popping, turn over. You can check to make sure it is golden brown on the bottom.
12. Cook 1-2 minutes more on the other side. Check to make sure it is golden.
13. Pour out 1/4C of batter on the skillet again. Wait until it bubbles then flip. Cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until out of batter.
