Procedure for Tech Support/Repairs:
Submit a ticket to https://mcalester.incidentiq.com. Login with your student's school Google account to create a ticket. Please include a phone number you can be reached at on the ticket and check your email for correspondence
Grades Pre-K through 4 - If necessary, take the device to your school office to drop it off.
Grades 5 through 12 - If necessary, take the device to your school library to drop it off.
If you purchased insurance, you can get a loaner device while yours is being repaired.
Here are the options to try to solve this issue:
Make sure you are connected to WiFi (See video above for instructions on how to do this.);
Turn the iPad off and back on;
Go to an MPS WiFi access point and connect to the Student WiFi;
If none of these work, use the information at the top of this page to contact our Technology Dept with the Serial # of the iPad and what the issue is.
