About Me
Hello! I am Mrs. Richardson and I will be teaching reading to 6th and 7th grade. I have been in education for 10 years, but have been teaching for 7. I began my career working closely with students with varying disabilities and was a dean for 2 years before becoming a teacher.
I have been married to Mr. Richardson for 5 wonderful years and am also the mother of two incredible little boys: William (3 years) and Dylan (4 months). A few of my favorite things include the outdoors, reading, animals, and music.
I am excited and grateful to bring my passion and enthusiasm for reading and writing to the 6th and 7th grade classroom!

As a teacher I believe that school is a place where all students are welcome to be themselves and learn in an environment where they feel safe. All students can find success when those in their lives work together as a team to guide them on the right path. I am a resource for them to grow not only as students, but as the young men and women they will continue to grow to be as they find their way through school and eventually into the real world.
