KVC Preseason Training Camps

Kahālāwai Volleyball Club is excited to host our 4th annual preseason volleyball training camps. These camps will provide athletes the opportunity to get a head start on their fall seasons. Come get a jump on the competition and prepare for your most successful season of interscholastic volleyball yet!

Advanced Skills (Varsity) Preseason Training Camp

July 28-31, 2025 (8:30am-12pm)

Ideal for athletes intending to play Varsity in Fall '25

Limited to 16 registrants

Cost: $175

Intermediate Skills (8th-Junior Varsity) Preseason Training Camp

July 28-31, 2025 (1pm-4:30pm)

Ideal for athletes entering 8th grade OR intending to play JV in Fall '25

Limited to 24 registrants

Cost: $175

Sean Engbers, Guest Coach

Surrey Christian School

Coach Sean Engbers is back for his fourth year of our preseason training camp. Coach Engbers played college volleyball at Trinity Western University and has been coaching high school and club volleyball for over twenty years. He is one of the top high school volleyball coaches in British Columbia taking his teams to several provincial finals. Recently, he coached his club team to a 3rd place finish at the national championships. Coach Engbers brings a modern, progressive style of coaching to his athletes focusing on maximizing motor learning through realistic game-play.
