504 Plans & IEP's

The differences between 504 plans and IEP's can be a little tricky to understand!

IEP's are written for students with disabilities who need specialized education plans to best meet their needs.

504 plans are written for students with disabilities who do not need specialized instruction, but do need accommodations in the classroom to help meet the students' needs as best we can.

Example: A 504 plan would allow a student to use a standing desk in the back of the room if they are more productive while they are standing. An IEP would create an individualized education plan for your student using modified work and testing procedures.

If you believe your child may qualify to have either of these documents put into place for them, please reach out to me and we can work together to get your student what they need!

Panther Pride!!

Our school uses a point system to identify and reward positive behaviors. Students will be given points by their teachers when they are observed doing good/kind things, helping peers, completing work and listening to teachers, etc.

Students will be able to purchase prizes with the points they earn on our school store!

Each month at our assembly, one student from each class will be recognized.

Spirit Wear

Every Friday, students are allowed to dress down in MaST Spirit wear. Be sure your students are ready to show their Panther Pride!
