Hi! Mr. Stelmach here! I've been an educator in English Language Arts over the last 12 years, as a proud graduate of Temple University in 2013, where I earned my teaching certification in Pennsylvania and B.S. Secondary Education in English. I am an avid reader, who loves to learn about cultures, technology, the fine Arts and Film. I'm a rabbid Philly Sports fan, as a four-for-four guy, supporting the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers. I enjoy indulging in the Philadelphia scene, exploring new restaurants, attending games and concerts.
Communicating with life is the essence of English Language Arts. Our conversations with it, each other, and even ourselves allow us to demonstrate critical thinking. I aspire to instill in students these critical thinking skills and their voice in life using the tools we have in English Language Arts: expression, writing, reading, language, creativity, analysis, and communication.
