Welcome to Earth and Space Science/ Forensics! My name is Ms. Baykhanova, and I will be your teacher this year. I graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Nutrition and Education, and this is my first year teaching at MAST. In this class, students dive into both Earth and Space Science and Forensics, discovering the wonders of our planet, the universe, and the science behind solving real-world mysteries. Through hands-on experiments and investigations, students will ask questions, analyze evidence, and develop the skills of both scientists and detectives. This course fosters curiosity, teamwork, and exploration, helping students see how science connects to their everyday lives.
