All About Who I Am
This will be my third year teaching after 25 years with Fazoli's Restaurants. I was the general manager of the Paducah location for 15 years. Students ask me all the time: "Are you related to Mrs. Morehead?" I will tell you just like I tell them: "No, but I am married to her! Related would make things complicated." We have a son named Declyn who is starting kindergarten this year.
I am a huge star wars fan and the entrance to my classroom will quickly show you. I am a graduate from Murray State University with a degree in middle school education specifically science and social studies. I am also a huge baseball fan and love sports on all accounts. Students around the district have labeled me the "rock guy" as I give away rocks for riddles. Each student in my class will quickly learn what that is about. I'm very excited to be here in the very community that I've grown up!
