Children are expected to participate in all activities unless the school HAS A NOTE FROM YOUR DOCTOR STATING RESTRICTIONS. Please notify your school nurse if your child had a serious injury or illness. Accommodations will be made for the health and safety of your child.
If a child in school is found to have head lice the parent will be notified. A child can return to school once treated and all live lice are removed. Check your child daily for 3 weeks as re-infestation is common. There are many over the counter lice products available.
